Vijverborgh has analyzed Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort in relation to the existing resort operations and organization, and has developed a roadmap for the further development of this hospitality department.
The growth of the resort in the coming years brings the need for further development within the hospitality organization, requiring real-time financial management, guidance for staff on the way forward, as well as active sales management for accommodation sales, F&B, event space rentals, and other revenues based on yield management.
