About us
Vijverborgh was founded in 1994 as an independent consultancy for the hospitality industry. For over 30 years, we have been working with our (inter)national clients to develop and implement inspiring and sustainable hospitality concepts.
This is to engage employees and guests, inspire them culinarily, and provide opportunities for them to connect.
Experience Vijverborgh
We are involved in the development, design, and implementation of leading hospitality and horeca concepts. This includes the corporate sector, higher education, the cultural sector and traditional hospitality.
Various topics surround the issue of food and beverage, which we can contextualise with our knowledge and expertise, such as concept development, logistics and technical issues, assessing or refining a hospitality business case, hospitality or catering tenders, and/or providing operational guidance.
We do all of this with a multidisciplinary Vijverborgh team, consisting of concept developers, project managers, hospitality designers, technical advisors, tender and operations consultants, and a culinary team.
Depending on the type of project and the issue involved, we expand our services with interim management to provide appropriate on-site support.
Our workplace
Our inspiring workplace is a former brewery in the centre of Breda. This location offers plenty of space to welcome clients, inspire each other, or collaborate as a team.
Social entrepreneurship
Driven by our personal passion and the desire to also engage in social entrepreneurship business, we guide hospitality day-care providers in enabling clients with disabilities to participate and establish sustainable hospitality day-care services. In these projects, we not only share our expertise, but also learn a lot, which we can apply to other projects. We help each other. This makes our social projects even more valuable and motivates us to dedicate full attention to them year after year.
